Pin with my address, but my sister's last name?

This past October we went to Disney World with my sister. Today I go a Disney Destinations email addressed to the Jones Family (my sister's last name) This would also be my maiden name. Would I be able to use the code? Thanks!

I got an email to my email with my moms name last night. They would not let me use it unless my mom is traveling with me.

It's worth a try to call them and see if another CM has a different response.

Call Disney and ask them. I got the free quick service dining code in the mail in my 6yr old nephew's name, who had went with us in 2008. They let me use it for my May trip. It is worth a call. Good luck.

Me too. 3 years ago my sister and nephew went with me to celebrate nephew's 18th birthday. I have been getting pins in my sister's name and my email. Got one yesterday for the free quick service dining plan for:
For stays most nights 4/11/10-6/3/10 and
For stays most nights 6/4/10-8/14/10
I have over 100+ trips and I have never received a PIN.

I would say definitely try it. It may take several calls. That's what happened to me this weekend. I had to call 3 times before I was able to use the code that came to my address but in a friend's name who went with us 5 years ago.

You may wish to call again and ask for a supervisor explaining that you live on the address on the card ... and had heard that if the address is yours.. you could use the PIN.

Here's a great example of what I mean..

I just received an email for free QS dining. It came to my email address, but had someone else's name. I called Disney and they said they would honor it.

It doens't hurt to call and ask. The CM had to check with Guest Services...so make sure you do that.

Same here. Just called and told them I received a pin for QS dining with my Dad's name on it but my address. They just verified the address was mine and said I could use the pin. The really odd thing is that we've never traveled with my Dad.

LOL - I just got an email yesterday for free QSDP in my sister's name, too. She went with us in Nov went we had 2 rooms booked at CBR.

It stinks, too, because we paid for the rooms and she gets the code.

Well, we can't use it anyway because it expires 8/14 and we need one for Dec.

Sometimes we ask too many questions and give TMI! I still get stuff in my maiden name. I would have just called to book it, told them my name changed and here's the new name. Don't make it too complicated. Just do it.
