Pin trading question

Can you trade DisneyLAND pins at DisneyWORLD? I am bidding on a bunch on Ebay- I hope I fair ok- I am so nervous- but I am staying with a seller that was mentioned on here and bidding on a bunch from her-

Are there any pins that you can't trade at Disneyworld?

Are there any that are less tradeable?

Do CM's have to trade?

As long as the pin has a 'copyright Disney' stamp on the back of the pin, it's safe to trade. Disneyland pins can be traded at WDW, and vice versa.

Our Disney Store in the mall has also started selling pins that are tradeable. I just bought a bunch of Christmas pins for $2.99 each that we will be trading! Those were on clearance, but even their regular pins are around $5-6 which is much cheaper than in the parks.

As said above by PP, if it has the copyright, its OK. You may also trade Paris, Hong Kong etc pins, as long as there is a copyright.
Less tradeable is really relative to who you trade with ie A CM or just another guest who may only collect certain types of pins.
The CMs really have to trade what you offer, (I think), unless they themselves collect something specific. I remember this year at MK, the "fire chief" on Main Street would not let any of his Fire pins be traded.

PS look into the "locking" pin backs if the ebay seller has them, helps to not lose any as happened to us last year. They are avail at WDW, but think they are cheaper on ebay, and if they are already shipping to you (If you win!) there may not be any extra shipping cost.
