Pin trading event?

What are the exact dates of the Pin Trading Event in September? What parks will be affected?

I'm planning my itinerary for Sept. 20-27 and this info would be helpful.

It is officially Sept. 19-21 held at World Showplace at EPCOT. But there will be lots of unofficial actitivies taking place at the resorts. Blocks of rooms are available for the participants at POR.
