Pin Trading Event this week?

Someone mentioned on another board that there is a pin trading event coming up this week and they expect big crowds.

Does anyone know about this? When? Where? How will it effect crowds?

Since we are not collectors we will want to avoid the crowds for this event.

Epcot's pin celebration will be going on August 9-12 (all day) and Epcot is expecting big crowds during that time. My park isn't expecting that much change in attendence. We have a couple hundred pin traders from the DIS alone heading over there this week.
