Last year when we were at Disney, my husband (to be) recieved 2 tinker bell pins , for doing a good deed. Now we are not really into collecting the pins, but we were wondering if the pins have any sort of value? The are from the year of a million dreams promo. and they say, " Where dreams come true"... any ideas?

My DD traded for a pin similar to that.. and I looked it up. Unfortunately it wasn't worth much, but may be later on.

It was somewhat of an honor to receive this set. One can only be given this set. It cannot be purchased. It is usually handed out to reward something that was done. Then after you receive the two pin set, you keep one and in turn find someone to give the other pin to. The value is in being noticed for doing something and be rewarded and then you having the fun to pass along the goodwill. Kinda like pay it forward. This is a way that Disney is letting everyone to be apart of the Magic of Disney. The other way to look at it is you can take both pins and trade them for pins you want to keep. This way instead of spending $6 -$20 per pin you just got two for "free". Hopefully most will give away at least one, its fun to "surprise" another park guest and their response is priceless. Have fun and good job on earning the pins.
