Pin release at DL - at both parks??

When there is a pin release at Disneyland (the Veteran's Day pin, in particular), is it released at both DL and CA? Or just at one park?

Most are released at both parks. I think that will be the case with this one.
Some are released at one or the other only. But not this one

some pins are at both parks, some only at DL. Then it is a guess where they will be released...........some at all the pin places and some only at Premiere Shop. It is an never ending guessing game.
