PIN question

So I have been going crazy trying to get a pin following all the advice on here. Decided to use a couple of other email addresses - DH's etc. Well I go to DH's email and there is a pin for Jon Claud. It is the QSFD. Why is this a question you ask - because that is not our last name....not even close!! So I click the book now and figure well I will run the numbers anyway. I put in the wrong last name, which is how my maiden name is regularly misspelled, but obviously that was never his name, and then I put in our zip code, well then it says that is not right?! WTH????!!!! It is his email and his first name spelled coreectly and as I said the last name used is something I had happen to me growing up with my maiden name, still makes no sense why they would have it as his though. All our bookings are used doing my email and when I went to update his account thinking something must be wrong there since it was sent to his email that way, it was fine. Correct last name and correct zip....IF I wanted to use this pin would I be able to?

I doubt I will, we don't want to go at this precise time, but we do want to go in the fall, more precisely Late Nov/early Dec, so I am hoping for the 20/30/40 pin!
