Pin ID help

Hi everybody, I hope this is an okay place to post this, it is the only Disney board I know, don't know if there are other boards for Disney pins!

I am trying to identify a pin. In it, Minnie is sitting in a chair and laughing with her hands on her face. There is a shopping bag beside her. I just cannot locate this on PinPics!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorry, you stumped me. I searched by Minnie with sits, sitting, blue, shopping, bag, and more and still nothing. Why don't you take a better pic of it and list it yourself?

Wow, I thought it was just me! I tried all those too, and I couldn't find it! I can certainly take a better picture. I just wasn't sure if it was okay to list it myself, since I'm so new to this! I will give it a try though!

But I am now suspicious of its legitimacy. While describing it as accurately as possible, I noticed there was a marking on the back claiming it was a Limited Edition of 15. Have they ever made a LE set of that size? It's supposedly from "Disney's Pin Celebration 2004" - is that for real? Is it possible that I could have gotten this from an eBay seller and it ISN'T a scrapper?

I'm suddenly thinking this (and the others I got from the seller) might be scrappers, but they have pretty good feedback...I dunno.
