Pin I Didn't Know About

I just got off the phone making our reservations for November. The cast member said "are you planning on using the pin you were offered?" I check my e-mails like crazy for pins, I get them from time to time, but had not gotten one through November yet. Well of course I took it. I am hoping free QSDP will be offered before that and we can adjust for that, but if not this is better then nothing.

So I wonder, other then e-mail and snail mail, how do they tell you about pins? Just Curious.

Same thing happened for us when I called to book our November trip...a little bit of early Disney Magic!

I've gotten a few since I got married and hope I keep getting them. It'll be a few years before I get to go back, though.

It was a room only discount for the first 4 nights (we are going for Thanksgiving.) It took the room for $125 to $84. Not great, but for now not bad (we have 2 rooms so it is double.) We have had free dining the last two trips and are hoping for free QSDP instead of this but I will take what I can get.

I am surprised they aren't letting you know about every pin. To get one when you are making a reservation isn't incentive to come like getting a code and deciding to come. But hey, I'll take it!
