Pin for website

DH and I joined DVC this past weekend. My paperwork says I will receive my pin in the mail "very soon". Anyone know how long this will take? I want to log into my personal info on the site! Thanks!

We joined the weekend before last and still have not received our PIN either.

Hopefully it will arrive soon.

We got it in an e-mail less than 72 hours after the deposit. Then we called MS to get our club ID. That is different from your member number and you will need it to register.

Similar story here. We got the pin a few days after we finalized things with our guide. The club ID number was tucked away in the small folder that comes with the welcome kit. At first I didn't see it, as it was the last of the documents on the left side of the folder.

I'm sure MS can help you out if you don't receive both required pieces of information.

I didn't wait for anything to come from DVC when we bought our resale. About a week after I was told everything had been sent to Disney, I called member services just to see if I was in the system yet and we were! The CM transferred me to another number to get my pin and club code all set up. The paperwork came in the mail later, I was already done

Couldn't wait anymore. When the pin did not come in the mail on Saturday, called MS. The CM that answered was very quick in giving me both the PIN and Club ID #.

Now I am able to surf the members web site.

It is great to finally get it. We joined in July and i couldn't wait. I didn't know at the time that I could call MS. The postcard arrived about a week or so agter the paperwork went in. I did not get an email.
