PIN for March 2010

Has anyone received a PIN for Feb or March 2010? I've read that a few people are getting them for April. I am still hoping that I will get one that I can use for our upcoming trip.

I have a pin that is good for most of February and March. Of course the week I need it for is blacked out. It is 30% of Values, 35% off Moderates, and 40% off Deluxe resorts.

I wonder what the odds are of them opening up The week after Easter?
