Pin folder/ringbinder

Last time I was in disney I brought one of the big rindbinders that you can store pins in on felt like pages, I prefer storing mine in my pin bag and want to see the folder and refill pages. Does anyone know if ther is an official name and a rough price I should put them on ebay for many thanks
