Pin codes

What number do you call to see if you have a special code or pin next to your name? Confused about exacly who, and why they would have my name. Thanks

You would have gotten a post card in the mail from Disney Marketing. You can call 1-407-W-DISNEY and speak to a CM to see if you have any current offers, but in general you should/would already know if you had a post card.

As for why they would have your information, have you ever called CRO? Filled out information on the website... etc

You would not have necessarily have gotten a post card to let you know you have a pin code though. I have never gotten a post card, and called just to see and I DID have a code!!! We've never stayed on site before, but I'm registered with the Disney web site, I've made purchases from the web site and I bought the tickets for our trip two years ago on line.

A friend of mine called to see if they had a code and they did too! She had never even heard about the pin codes and would not have know if I had not said anything to her about it, so I encourage you to call to see if you might have one!!

Correct, for some reason the Post card may have gone missing, but that is how they're issued. Pin Codes come on postcards that are mailed out to select people based on what ever criteria that the Marketing Dept is interested. Maybe you've never been, and have expressed a desire to do so, or maybe you've been there before and haven't been in ages. What ever the reason, you were selected... you're one of the "chosen few".

Most people don't get them.
