Pin codes

I hear people talk about pin codes, how do you get these? Do you sign up on the website?

There is no rhyme or reason as to who gets them or how.The best bet is to register for emails on Disney.com and order a travel dvd.Even then you may not get them.I have had 23 trips to WDW and this year was the first time ever I got one.
