PIN Codes - Use at Vero Beach DVC?

Can you use a 20/30/40% PIN at Disney's Vero Beach DVC Resort?

Unfortunately, no. At least I don't recall reading or hearing of anything.

Nope and there is no AP rate either. Last fall (I believe) I received a "pin" e-mail for VB for a select set of fall dates. Sadly, DS just started school so it was not an option for us.
