Pin Code

My e-mail recently changed, meaning if a pin code was e-mailed to me, I would not have received. Can I call and just ask is I have any pin codes attached to my name.

Yes you can! You can also update your new email address with them.

I just called there to inquire about a pin and was told was again that they could not look up a pin code. I hung up and called back and got someone else and was told the same thing. This is the same information that I got last month when I called.
Has anyone been successful getting a pin when they call?

Yes, kind of. My husband and I both received the $500 free gift card pin currently out there. I called to book with my pin since we only needed one, and when I told them the name of the second guest, my husband, they told me he also received the PIN. We already knew it but I really never said anything since we didn't need to pins to book. Some have luck and some don't. It ALL DEPENDS ON THE CM. That's my conclusion on anything we ever ask. I tried to add a person to our dining reservations, two different CMs said all new reservations had to be booked and none were available. When I called the next day all the CM did was add a person to my current reservations!! With the first CM I was able to book for the additional person on one of the reservations, but a new number was given. No rhyme or reason!! Also, I had tried to book an additional room for a week and a half and no luck!! Today I received an email with another phone number and all of a sudden many rooms with the PIN we had!! I really can't understand that. Why no rooms and now many? you would think they would want to book up everything especially since the reservation starts May2!
