I received a pin code in June for free dining most dates Sept. through Dec. in my email. When I click on offer details, it has the pin number and asks for last name and zip code. Then it says the zip code does not match and will not go to the next screen.
The email has our last name spelled correctly and we have not moved in 8 years--have been to Disney ALOT during that time under this name and zip.
I know about the free dining coming soon but our dates are not on that offer. I called the number on the page and was transferred 3 times, no one seemed to know what to do. I was then disconnected.
What should I do?
