pin code res. changes

We are currently booked at CR for 9/16-9/21 with a 30%pin code that we received. We possibly want to add dates to our package (CR has rooms available under the pin), and may possibly want to change resorts. Our pin expires today-do we have to decide today or can we make these changes after it expires, assuming there are still rooms available?

You can make changes after the pin expires if there is still availability. With that said, you may have to speak with someone in Guest Services as regular reservation CMs don't usually have access to check for availability and/or make changes with expired pins/promos. If the CM tells you it can't be done due to the pin being expired, ask to speak with someone in guest services and they should be able to help you .
