Pin code receive in october

Hi,

I received a pin code in October and I was wondering if there is a expiration date. The code was working in January and when I tried today, the Disney website will tell me "The information provided does not match that in our records. Please check the information and try again." I was thinking to go in 2 or 3 weeks and hope to be able to use the discount room code. Should I try later or call ?

If it's the same one I got around that time, it expired January 16.

Ah oki thanks for your anwser. It's weird that there is no expired date on the email... so I will see if I can get a room deal when calling
