Pin code question

I've only received a few pin code in my life and they have all been for a given time frame(i.e. spring or fall months.)
Has Disney Destinations every mailed out pin code for select weeks for the whole year. In other words, have they every in January send out pin codes that are good for select time frames for the whole year, not just the season coming up?
