pin code question

If you get a pin in her email can you get more than one room with that pin?

My sons girlfriend got the pin so we all have a different last name if that matters.

I believe the name on the email does matter. This may be a little different scenario, but Thursday I received a PIN to my email address of 18 years. I made the mistake of booking my vacation and friends vacation both with my email address. The PIN number was sent to my email address, but was attached to my friends name and address. The name has to match the name on the email and address.

I did have a helpful cast member who tried to help - she used other codes and was going to give me free dining, but there was nothing available where we are planning to stay. My husband does not want to do the AK lodge, so I decided to wait until August to see if free dining comes out for fall. It usually does.

Just call and explain your situation and you may get lucky.

If you are all going together, you should be able to use the pin for all the rooms, it will just be her name as the primary guest but give them a call- it should be fine enjoy your trip

You can book up to three rooms on one pin code or one discount.
