Pin Code in Father in Laws name????

So, I received a pin code to my home address with my Father in laws name on it. We have the same last name . Is there any way I can use it? He wont be going with us. He did go with us on a trip in 2003 , so I am guessing that is how they got this name. It is valid for the dates we would like to travel but I am not sure since they are non-transferable. For the record my Father in law never lived with us...so they must have meant us right???

That happened to me a couple of years ago. My Mothers name was sent on a pin code a couple of times to my home address and e-mail. I called each time and they said, if she is going you can use it. She wasn't going with us so we couldn't use it. I would call anyway. It's worth a phone call. Good luck!

I've been told the person who the code is sent to must be traveling, no exceptions.

I called and they said he would have to be traveling with us to use pin code. CM also said to look out for some summer codes that should be released soon?? I did have a 10% pin attached to my name. I am not sure we are going yet, I guess I will wait and see if there are summer discounts.

I also booked 2 rooms 3 years ago under my name. My sister was staying in one of the rooms with her daughter. I continually got some amazing pin codes sent to me but it was all with her name.

Each time I called to book, even though it was my email, my address, and all my contact information they would NOT honor it.

My sister and her family do not have the income to go on their own since they are missionaries and income isn't what the average family is.

I am bummed they go to waste, but am bummed too that they can't go again. Hopefully they can one day!
