Pin Code Frustration!!

I've been reading about the pin codes, so decided to call today to see if I by chance had one attached to my name - low and behold, yes!! Unfortunately, it was for January & February :confused: - it's now March, and she had my email on file, but I never received one. The real frustration is that DH and I just went in February for two nights at POP, I booked it online, and never knew or was notified I had a code :confused3 - if they're going to offer someone a pin code, shouldn't they be told somehow, or do we have to constantly call and check? I'm going back in June with my sister, but no code for June. :headache:
 
I had the same issue. I had a pin attached to my name for January and February and was never notified.

Guess they weren't that desperate to sell the room.
 
Same here - had it for Jan/Feb and never knew until I called to make a reservation for August and asked if there were any promos I could take advantage of - sure, I was told - for Jan/Feb - that's when/how I found out.
 

I apparently have one for Jan/Feb and one for May. Nothing for July like I wanted. :(
