Pin Code - Booked CBR -pirate room only available?

Ok so on Thursday I FINALLY got the most exciting email from Disney with a special pin code for 40% off. And to whoever gave the tip of registering your birthday is brilliant and I want to extend my thanks. I registered my November birthday and within 2 weeks received a pin code. Needless to say, I was able to book Caribbean Beach for my October trip, however here are the restrictions. The very pleasant CM advised that the only rooms available under this code was a standard or water view pirate themed room. It's surprising to see that type of room being the only offer? Anyone else experience this? We do have someone in our party that has mobility problems and the CM advised he would request a room close to transportation which I thought was very nice. Any thoughts?

That probably was not the only offered within your offer. They were the only rooms available at that resort for your offer at that time.
Always depends on availability.
We stayed in a pirate room last May and was very happy in it. Very nice area and newly refurbished room.
