My mom and I both got them after we had booked. Unfortunately, neither of us wanted to use what we got. It would require us to move from POFQ to POR and I don't want to give up the new queen beds at POFQ. POR has started renos, but they have just done a couple of the buildings.
Sorry! I ended up writing a novel! The short answer is - yes, you can get a pin after you book.
right there with you. We're booked at POFQ from 3-10.
Hoping to get something so I can afford deluxe instead.
Still have time to decide what to do. May just roll with it, now that we know what to expect.
Bring ear plugs, sleeping pills and lots of liquor to deal. LMAO
i spoke with a CM yesterday and he said yes you can apply pin/discount after you'e made reservations. However if it's within 45 days of your trip it's a $65.00 change fee, if it's prior to 45 days then there is no fee to change.
I don't mean to be rude, but it is replies like yours that make this place daunting and cause people to say it can be less than friendly. If you don't want to help or answer, just move on. There's no need to be rude.

AGREED!!! How "big" of a person does it take, to take the time to go out of their way just to try and make someone else feel little? That's just stupid.
Good luck! We booked for similar dates, and I just got a pin code in my email last week. I was so excited, and when I opened it, it was only 10% off our room. I don't mean to complain, it's better than nothing, but it amounted to less than $200 at Wilderness Lodge. Really hoping for another, better one, or a general public offer that is a little more. I hope you get something too!!

Totally agree with the above posters. Why be rude?! Move on & don't answer if it bothers you.
Anyway to OP, I booked our December trip a month back & I got a pin a few weeks after. Granted it wasn't anything great, it was only 10% but booking doesn't mean you won't get anything. I did apply it to my ressie but, good grief I hope something better comes down the line! 10% is pretty pathetic, lol.
Geez, people... so many people reacting to my one-liner I feel the need to clear the air.
I wasn't meaning to be rude and if you search my posts I've never posted anything remotely "rude" before. What I meant in saying that is that there is plenty of credibility in that it's been asked and answered many times "Yes." Maybe my wording looked terse. Sorry if so.
I got my answer this evening. I ordered maps at the beginning of the week, and I logged into my profile at disney.com. I made sure my reservations and ADR's were listed. We've been thinking about changing resorts, so I saved offers from a few different resorts and the one we're staying at currently. I got an email based on one of my saved offers with a PIN!
It was NOTHING! It was the same amount as the offer I saved in my profile. I was sad, but hopefully me calling to investigate will trigger something else.
