Is it true that they are no longer signing pillowcases? I had planned on getting a couple of them signed? What happened? Also what do you think my chances are of getting Palo ressies if we don't even land at the Orlando airport until 11:56????

I would still go to where they are taking Ressies for Palo, b/c with a 7 day cruise there are more spaces. Sorry I don't know about the pillowcase signing. Never done it.

We just came back from the Western on the Magic.

When we took our Disney Princesses sweatshirt and markers to Guest Services we were politely told that we had to at least attempt to get some of the signatures ourselves. They said that it "got out on the internet" that they were doing the signitures through Guest Services, and they had become swamped with requests. They did mention that after Thursday we could bring the shirt back with all of the signitures that we had collected, and they would see what they could do about getting the rest. We never did that, so I don't know how that would work.

They are still doing it! I stood in line to get the"Princesses" signatures on Thurs morning and then dropped the pillowcases (in a labelled ziploc bag with sharpie markers included) off at GS. I had to nag them repeatedly, but it got done. The only thing I wish is that more than one person did the remaining signatures (it was fairly obvious).

Good Luck,
DL

I just got back from Western and had my pillowcase at our Character Breakfast on Sun. morning.

Guest Services told us they didn't do that anymore.

The ship photo lady told me to give it to a castmember who was wearing a light blue shirt and they would have it signed and pick it up a couple of days later at Guest Services.
She didn't want to be delayed taking the photos at the breakfast.
That is what I did and we had everyone's signature. We then took it to the captain's signing too.

Just look for the CM with the light blue polos who are ususally with the Characters.

If you have access to an embroidery machine (your's or a friend's) have it embroidered before you go. I put "Jillian's Magical Cruise" and the date.
Hope this helps.
