Pillars of the Earth mini series

After Kevin said in a previous podcast that he really liked the Ken Follett book, The Pillars of the Earth, I picked it up as well as the next book, World Without End. Pillars is now a mini series to be on Starz this summer. The rights to World Without End have also just been picked up. Thanks Kevin for suggesting these books. I like being in the club of "I read it before it was a hit movie.."

I also got Pilars of the Earth from audible but haven't started it yet. I'm reading The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo and will probably read the second one before I start Pillars of the Earth.

OK, I'll fess up. I know so many of you have said that you liked this series, but, I downloaded Pillars of the Earth from Audible and could not get through it. Not sure what it was but it did not grab my attention like many other books do. Maybe I should try it again before the mini-series begins.

if you liked pillars of earth you guys will love Game of Thrones by George RR Martin. amazing series and has a HBO show coming next year.
