Pilates with Leslie Sansone

I saw a dvd in the store of Pilates with Leslie Sansone. Has anyone tried this? Her WATP's are the only tapes I can do without needing tons of coordination (currently working on FIRM) so I figured I might be able to do her pilates since I have trouble with any other pilates tapes I've tried.

I haven't tried her Pilates. I couldn't do the others. One thing to think about is look at your local library for a copy to check out before purchasing. I would never had thought of this if it wasn't for a good "buddy".

thanks for the heads up -- I didn't know she had a pilates workout coming out

BTW -- my copy at my library is reserved it's "on order"

I have her "You Can Do Pilates" dvd and it is quite simple. I had never done pilates before and I was able to follow right along. She has an intro section and then she does everything again with bands.

I would definitely be interested in purchasing some of her other products after having this one.
