No, I have neither. I want to get my ears pierced again but I have a tear in my left ear so I can't get them repierced until I get it sewn(sp?)up.

I don't want a tattoo.

I don't have any piercings (afraid of needles), but I think they should just stay on the ears and away from all other body parts.

I'll never get a tatoo. They're fine at first, then they get all wrinkly as you get older. I'll stick to the fake ones.

i have 2 both in my left ear but im gonna get one on my right and im getting a tattoo this fall

I've gotten my earlobes pierced 6 times, but no matter what type of metal and how much I keep it clean, they always get pus in them and grow back.

I would never ever get a tattoo. No offense, but yuck. Only tough looking dudes should get tattoos, and big burly looking ladies with deep voices, imo. I know, I'm weird, xD

The only kind of tattoo that I think might be sort of funny or cool would be a smily face on the bottom of my big toe

That's not always true. My grandfather has a tattoo of an anchour on his arm, and its not wrinkled at all, its a bit faded, but he could go get it touched up. (He's 82)

Tattoos have been around longer than most (if not all) world religions.

I want to know why you think the people who realized the intricate workings of the dermis (that means your skin), and could use it to their advantage are dumb? Just because you don't like them? So does that make everyone with tattoos dumb? So The OP of this thread is dumb, right?

Do you know how tattoos were created? "tattoo" comes from the Tahitian "tatau" which means "to hit twice". Which is how tattoos were originally created. With a hammer and an inked fiber (sometimes wood) that was hammered repeatedly into the skin to leave ink in the middle of the dermis, that would not go away.

Do you know anything about tattoos other than the tramp stamps and sleeves you see on people? Not really? Then where do you get off calling a right of passage in some cultures "dumb"?

I don't have any tattoos. I know I'm definately going to get a couple when I'm older.
I'm thinking about getting something like this on the back of my neck.

I have 4 piercings 2 on each ear. I got them done at the same time when I was like.. 9 or 10. I am afraid of needles. I havent put earrings in for like 3 months but they didnt close let. I remember I thought the needle thing to pierce my ears was a gun. But I didn't cry. =]

Second hole in both ears done summer after freshman year, so I was 14..

Third hole in each ear and fourth in right ear done on my 18th birthday..

Tattoo done spring break this year...so 19...lol

Just kidding lol. I think it would be cool to have one though like somewhere around your hip where it could be hidden. That is what I call a devoted fan. I think tatoo's are a beautiful pieces of art, and I have the utmost respect for the artist of them. I also want a small heart somewhere in black and red or pink and purple someone behind my neck or on the back of my left shoulder.
