Piercings Advice

does anyone have any piercings? i have my first hole, second holes and my belly botton. i really really want my lip but i have two problems, one is my mom and the second one is my lips kind of small so would it look good or no? does anyone have their lip pierced that has small lips or friend. and how can i get my mom to say yes to get my lip pierced? what piercing do want?

I don't personally have my lip pierced, but when I turn 18, I plan on getting snake bites. And I really want my tongue pierced. The mom thing isn't really something you can get over, because until your 18, you have to have a notorized form signed by a parent or gaurdian. But lip piercings look fine on people with small lips. A bunch of my friends have lip piercings, most of them they did themselves, and all of them look fine, no matter what size their lips are. You can always try to win over your mom, by pointing out the fact that unlike tattoos, you can remove piercings and just have a tiny scar. Of course, if your mom is anything like mine, she'll just buy you a tattoo instead :] lol.

I only have my ears pierced. I dont think you should keep piercing, they can cause infection and they dont look lady like if especially theyre on your lip.

I've got one in each ear, one which I think has closed up on me so I'll have to go try to get an earing through it soon.

I won't be getting anymore, piercings aren't really my thing and I never wear earings anyways.

I've got two on each ear, but one more on the right, and my bellybutton pierced, but I don't like it anymore, so I just took out the ring.

I would go with a 16 gauge for a small lip

I have 1 set of ear piercings. 1 hole on my left, but 2 on my right. I got them repierced, and the lady decided to make a new hole.

Personally, just wait till you're 18. How much longer will it be? Remember those get infected easily.
And if you want a job in the future, don't pierce. MANY if not all employers have a rule of no facial piercings or holes.

I have 3. 2 in my left and 1 in my right ear.
I had 2 in my right, but I cant pop the earring in.

I really want to get another in my ear on the side. && when I'm older, maybe a small diamond stud in my nose.

I have no advice about the lip piercing, other than wait until your 18 or old enough to go by yourself without parental permission.

I agree with this however I tried it with my mom to get my lip pierced and she let me have a tattoo instead.

my lip are way smaller than yours, when you get your lip pierced can you pick a hoop or a stud? and does it hurt getting it pierced?

I want my belly button pierced so bad! But there's only one little problem...my dad lol My flippin grandma said it would be cute, but my dad thinks it just looks trashy! grrr

I only have my ears pierced but i have a fear of needles and stuff so that was bad enough.

I like the idea of having my belly button done but i dont think i could bare(sp?) the pain. Plus when my friend had her belly button pierced it got all infected and stuff.

You can choose a hoop or a stud. It hurt less than any other piercing I've gotten, actually. But the guy that did it was really professional and helped me out a lot.
