I do belive the interactive room video on David's is of a newly refurbed as the floors appear to be new and the TV.

This is from the last refurb. It is not from the most current.

There probably isn't much difference in the villa other than the bathrooms (and they should probably look very similar to the two bedroom villa bathrooms) and the furnishing should be similar to the renovated two bedroom. The one bedroom upstairs only has two double beds since it is a smaller bedroom. The other bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. The GV sleeps 12 people.
