I am wonderng if anyone has pictures of the place you had your reception that you could share here?? I am looking to get a good look at the "ROOM" itself. DD was talking about wondering what the rooms look like before and after being decorated. I keep telling her that I bet the rooms are beautiful to start with (after all it's Disney) but she is worried about decorating....someone else here said you need minimal decorations because the rooms are wonderful without decoration.

Please if you have pictures of the room your reception was held in could you post them here...even before decoration and PLEASE tell what room it is so I can tell her to have a look.....:thumbsup2

We had our reception at the Attic and didn't have any decorations.

Now that I look at it, I think I liked the space better without the tablecloths...

The Attic is really pretty..I know that she will have to pick one of the larger ones she is looking at 100 people. It is hard to get an idea of the rooms on some of the site I have looked at that is why I ws hoping to get people to post actual pictures of how it looked for their receptions. I dunno I would think that any of the rooms would be great even with minimal decoration that just seems to be Disney.

I know that several of the girls on here have had their receptions at the Living Seas, Figment Fan is one off hand. I think the fish tanks in there kind of add to the decor and that really cool clear piano they have set up. She has pictures of it decorated in her TR.

I think Living Seas holds 85 max. American Adventure Rotunda would be good - it has a 100-person minimum. There are pix on the Tazfoto site posted above.

Also, if you're thinking of ballrooms, check out Disney's convention website - it has 360-degree virtual tours of all the ballrooms. Very helpful! :thumbsup2

Go to http://disneymeetings.disney.go.com. Click on “Resorts & Facilities” to select the resort yo're interested in, and then “Meeting/Convention Facilities” to access floor plans, dimensions, capacity information, and virtual tours for each room.
