does anyone have or have a link to pictures of the handicapped accessible staterooms on the Disney Dream - especially the bathrooms..

i have a regular room reserved, but i think the bathtub is going to be a major problem.....i'd very much like to see the HA bathroom....

If you're on the Wonder or the Magic, there are pictures here....I would have linked it more directly, but I wasn't sure which category you wanted to see.

thanks! but i meant the dream - sorry i didn't mention that...
i'm going to edit my original post to include that....

i'm reserved on the dream in one of those staterooms that have a round tub/shower combo....i was wondering what that tub looks like and if it will be a problem.....

If it's an accessible room, it won't have the round bathtub. It most likely will only have a walk-in shower.

I know that the room descriptions and layouts that we've seen so far don't include the accessible rooms.

The bathrooms in the accessible rooms on the Dream should be nearly identical to the ones on the Magic and Wonder.

I've been watching all the threads with pictures, and so far, the only one of a handicap bathroom only shows the entrance to the bathroom....no shot of the shower area.

i meant to say that i'm booked into a regular room for a cruise in 2012 (not HA)...
both times we were on the wonder we had a shower separate from the tub, so there wasn't a problem.....but if there's only a tub in the room, it might be..

what i really need to do is find a picture of that round tub/shower combo in a regular room on the dream.....

i don't want to take a handicapped accessible room unless i really need it..
there don't seem to be that many on board, so they should be reserved for people in wheelchairs who really need it...
but a tub instead of a shower may be a problem for me.....and since it's a year and a half away, anything could happen...

I realize that your room is oceanview, but take a look at the deck plans for room numbers 2007 and 2507. They are inside rooms that were originally listed as accessible rooms. However, when I reserved, the agent told me that these rooms were larger, had a wider doorway and no bathtub but for some reason did not meet all of the standards to be called "accessible". We reserved 2507 which connects to 2511 because my 5 year old will be using a wheelchair. We wanted to have room for it in the cabin, but did not feel like we should take away a truly accessible room for someone who needs it. He is small enough to carry around right now:goodvibes.

Hope that helps!

Edited: My confirmation letter states that #2507 has a shower only- No tub in the Stateroom
