January 31st, Thursday. Day 7. Part 2.
So I left off when we were just going into the stunt show. Not much to say since we've seen it before, so here's some pictures for you.
Darren was so proud of himself for getting that picture!!
So after tackling the herd to get out of the show, we came upon Mulch, Sweat, and Shears just ending their show.
We really like these guys, we were disappointed that they were leaving.
While we were right there, we decided to see Muppet Vision 3D.
Classic show, but it really needs updating. It doesn't even look like the stuff is jumping out at you anymore. Philharmagic really puts this show to shame!
We were pretty tired by now, and I was starting to get a headace so we left around 3:30.
Darren's parents on the tram.
Darren wanted to go to the other Nike outlet and we were getting something to eat at a fast food place. We went to Checkers, it was pretty good. The Nike shopping was boring, but I didn't complain too much.
We got back to the hotel at about 5pm. We laid down and took a nap for about an hour.
We woke up and thought about what we wanted to do. On our honeymoon we played miniature golf at WinterSummerland, so we figured we'd try Fantasia Gardens this time. So we went to play by ourselves, since Darren's parents don't like putt-putt.
This is the last hole where almost everyone gets a hole in one...Except Darren! His ball got stuck right there! I thought that was funny. He ended up winning anyway, but he cheats.
When we turned in our putters, the guy at the counter gave us these balls with Donald on them.
I guess they give them to everyone, but I thought that was neat.
We stopped by McDonald's on our way back to the room. We ate in our room and watched tv for awhile before going to the food court. Darren's uncle and parents were in there talking, so we sat with them. We stayed in there until about 11:30.
On the way back to the room, I noticed this sign.
We turned around. Sure enough...
What was the point of the sign?? It really doesn't make any sense. We had a good laugh about that. We got to our rooms and took a shower...The last day was next. I HATE LAST DAYS! It's always so depressing.
Stay tuned for the ending of my trip report...I'm so sad!
