Picture swap

Has anyone done a picture swap? Not the one like AWM does. This is where you are paired up with someone and send them 2-4 pictures (or how every many) and they scrap them for you, either a 1 or 2 page layout and then mail back the layout. I've always wanted to do this. Is there any interest in this?

A few years ago there was a swap like that. I did someones dog pictures I think. Sounds like fun. Would this be a Disney theme or any kind of picture theme?

Patchchild hosted one like this last year - It was definitely a lot of fun! I'd be up for doing it again - Disney or non-Disney.

This is really alot of fun, and it is exciting to have someone else scrap a couple pages for you.

Another fun twist to this is each person sends along 1 embellishment with their pictures that they want to see on their layout.

It can also be done somewhat quickly now if you use digital photos.

Okay, when would be a good time to do this? The swap calendar looks pretty full for September. Would a mail your pictures to your partner by mid-late August and mail back layouts 2-3 weeks after that work?

Also, maybe we could come up with a few questions or what kind of pictures you would send, for pairing up. Like Shauna said she would like to scrap baby or girl pics or I wouldn't mind scrapping some girl pics while someone else would like to do boy pics. Make sense?
Any suggestions?

You could still participate, our lovely hostess could pair you up with one of us that are here everyday and that you would feel comfortable with. I am sorry though that happened to you
