Must say, I've tried to take the same picture you've posted today and have not yet managed a decent capture, it's a tough one! So Congrats on getting not one but two really good shots

First, someone was asking for this the other day- not the best shot of it, but there it is.

Today's POTD, a detail of the Moon, specifically taken to note the Apollo 11 landing site.

Both these shots, and yesterday's were taken with my first "serious" digicam, a 1 megapixel rather large Panasonic that wrote to "super floppies'! And all three were taken on the day of the AP preview of Mission: Space, July 31, 2003.
