Wow... what a lovely serene view.. I would love to take a walk there! Where is this at? I'm thinking by Port Orleans or Riverside??

Port Orleans Riverside. And yes it is a quite gorgeous resort. Fantastic value for a moderate resort.

Of all of the times I have been on the Safari ride, you get to the cheetah area, your tram comes to a stop and you all try and find where the cheetahs are hiding. On this trip, we got there and all three cheetahs were just sitting up in front, like they were there specifically to pose for your pics. Of course our driver just said "hey look, cheetahs" and kept on driving.

Figures! LOL!

(But they are on a timer signal only they can see- and are hung if they get 5 timing violations in any single week! (How do you think they feed the big cats? Purina??? Ya right!))

Have two thoughts on this.

First, the Hat has to go.

Second, this is a really good shot and I need to do it again when there are no special adornments in place.

Yes, doesn't it look absolutely out of place? It destroys the whole landscape of the photo. Why don't you PS it out and show us what HS would look like without it?

I thought about that, but there is no way to get the image of the theater behind it from an angle that would be right- that is what it is taking out of the scene- the theater!

Is it bad that I like the hat? I agree that it causes a sight line problem in front of the theater, but otherwise, I enjoy seeing it in the park. I would enjoy it more if it didn't have the stage surrounding it each time I visit.
