yes, it's the entrance into the Beasts' Castle, the mirror on the wall opens up as the entrance.

The wall is in the area of where the original Dumbo Ride location, the below is another angle from the opposite side

Curious about the wall -- Does it blend in? To me it looks very out-of-place and awkward. I've seen several pictures and none of them looked appealing to me.
