Mickey got pretty wet last night due to another massive thunder-boomer complete with hail at 10:30 pm! Love my Mickey Karolyn!

...for the same number of years, right? 1971 was a GOOD year! Remembering back, in our little group of family/friends there was a wedding every weekend!

It's so bright and pretty and fits perfectly on that part of your lot! JEALOUS of the thunderstorms...not so much of the hail ! Hope your new landscaping didn't get damaged!

They both graduate in 2024 and youngest DGD's theme follows the FRIENDS TV show. This would be titled, "The One She Finds Out Their European Trip Graduation Gift Includes Tickets To A TAYLOR SWIFT Concert When They're In Switzerland"!

Wow! What a trip surprise!

YES! They were SO lucky getting tickets for that concert! By the time they "jumped through hoops" to make a foreign purchase regular tickets were sold out! Mom made a quick "executive decision" and gave permission to oldest DGD to purchase 2 of the still available VIP tickets! So Mom and Dad are skipping the concert and going on an anniversary date while the girls go listen to Taylor Swift!

...and she was excited over the requested gift from Mimi and Pappy BEFORE the BIG surprise!

DD found a Hidden Mickey on one of the doggies in for grooming today!

Our newly landscaped backyard with more rocky areas and new plants to resist drought and fire and our desperately needed new cement walkway around the side of the house to the deck stairs and patio beneath the deck.
