One of the entertainers in the Liverpool Museum told us the buildings along the river were built to look like ships. We hadn't noticed that until he mentioned it!

Happy Mimi today! Oldest DGD spent 2 1/2 hours with me this afternoon and youngest FINALLY found time to bring some friends over and get our annual "1st dip of summer pool" photo! (And enjoy her favorite summer treat....a pickle pop!)

Our Liverpool Museum friend...spoke with this gentleman both times we visited...and he remembered his "Texas friends" the 2nd time.

We attended a family birthday celebration today. DGD discovered that her cousins in-laws were 1964 graduates of Howard Payne University. They were FULL of questions on "college life in 2020's"!

This was a big storm at about 3 pm almost exactly three years ago. It spawned a tornado east of us but dropped only a small amount of rain.
