Hello! :)

Does anyone have a picture of the seating set-up for the VIP Fantasmic seating?

I've gotten some verbal descriptions, but am having difficulty visualizing what to expect.

I would love to see a picture or two, if anyone has any! I've seen pictures of the delicious dessert box, but have been unable to find a picture of the logistical set-up.

Thank you, in advance! :) :goodvibes :)

Thanks for posting the pics! The seats seem pretty close together!

Yes, the seats are right ontop of each other from what i've seen in person. also if your not in the 1st row you might just have someone's big head in your way making it sometimes difficult to see. just a head's up to everyone on that to get there early to reserve your seat.

We sat there last year and did not find them close compared to the people piled on top of each other in the general viewing area. You do have to check in early to get the best view but it was worth it for us since the balcony viewing no longer exists.

Jack..finally a day off..

We also have pics here on the DIS -- (Have you guys noticed the links at the top of the boards with all the Disneyland Resort info?)

There, I knew I'd seen them somewhere before! Those are a bit more detailed. Thanks!:)

"Right on top of each other"? Well... they're next to each other... you were expecting, maybe, a foot of space between each chair? Are you uncomfortable sitting in a movie theatre? (well, yeah, a little bit, aren't we all? But you put up with it for the show!) Most people will be sitting by their family or companions, anyway. And there's plenty of room to get up and move around if you want, like go to the back and stand if you get antsy. I can tell you from experience that it *FEELS* like a roomy palace compared to the sardine-packed crowds on the other side of the rope from you, at least at the 9 p.m. show on a busy day.

As you can see from the pictures, they are careful to place the chairs between the pillars so you're not sitting with a pillar in front of your face.

We sat in the second row. There was a big guy sitting in front of my DD10. I kept asking her if she wanted to switch places and she kept saying, "Mom, it's fine, I can see everything, and if there's something I can't see all I have to do is lean a couple inches."

It was well worth it for us, but then it was our very first trip, and during a very busy time of year.:thumbsup2

I'm still undecided. It seems that with the lining up to get a 'good seat' and then arriving at 8:30 - you're at 1 hour already in waiting times. What kind of viewing spot would I be able to get on the first weekend in June if I tried to grab a spot one hour early?
