I am definitely grateful for all the info I have found on this board. Since a picture was just posted of the new wider doored ride vehicle for Spaceship Earth, I have started thinking. Does anyone have pictures of all the "accessible" ride vehicles? My husband would love to see the pictures so he can hatch his master plan for our trip. Unfortunately, it seems like unless you can roll your WC right into the vehicle he has some trouble (He has CP and his legs don't really like to bend). Thanks in advance!!

SueM in MN posted photos of several accessible ride vehicles a while back, but I cant find the thread. Perhaps she will jump in and provide a link.

If I can remember them all...

You can do the following without transferring out of your wheelchair:

All the stage shows, circlevision films, stunt shows, exhibitions and walking trails at Animal Kingdom

Also
Ellen's Universe of Energy, Behind the Seeds, Rio de Tiempo, Catastrophy Canyon, Buzz Lightyear, Toy Story Mania, Jungle Boat Ride, Animal Kingdom Safari, Riverboat at Magic Kingdom, Its a small World, Figment ride, train to Planet Watch

Rides you can go on if you can make a sliding transfer, Spaceship Earth, Haunted Mansion, Expedition Everest

Stand up & pivot Soarin.

Test Track, Expedition Everest & Rock& Roller coaster have dummy ride cars off to one side for you to practice transfers.

I have pictures of almost everything on my computer and am trying to put together pages about each attraction. I have completed some for Epcot - they are in the Epcot FAQs thread near the top of this thread. As I get time (this is a volunteer job), I am adding more pictures.

If you look at the disABILITIES FAQs thread, post #3 has a lot of links with pictures - specifically under the wheelchair area.

If you go to this page on the wdwinfo.com site where people post pictures, you can search for pictures I have already posted. Just put SueM in MN in the area on the right side where it says "Search By Username". If you look there and don't find a particular ride car you would like to see, PM or email me and I will find a picture of that ride and post it.

Post #11 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread has a list of which attractions are wheelchair accessible.

Also, in post #3 of that thread some of the trip report that are linked there have pictures and a lot of information about how people transferred.

Thanks for all the help! We definitely try to ride everything we can that we know DH can stay in his wheelchair. What sparked the post was our visit to WDW last year. Two friends that live in Orlando joined us on one of the days. Having extra people there allowed DH to be able to ride rides he isn't normally able to ride (Haunted Mansion, Thunder Mountain Railroad, etc.) when it is just the two of us. I am looking forward to the day when all the ride vehicles have wider openings, etc.!

It is a big improvement. Here is Bill's picture of the new one:

and a picture of the boarding area showing the old one:

(sorry it's kind of blurry, I was trying to help DH get DD in and at the same time take a picture).
