Pics Of Our Dd's Newly Decorated Bedroom..QUESTION ADDED Post 16..

[Snowy-girls]

Dd7 stayed with my Nan+Grandad from Tues morning till 5pm today(thur).Dd3 was going to mum-in law's after brekkie+coming back at 5pm.We also worked up till 11-12 each night.Neither of the girls had a clue what we were up to.They used to have a blue+lemon Tweenies bedroom,curtains,duvet set,lamps,blue carpet,seperate beds etc..We changed to pink+lilac,Princess-ish theme,new Tv,Virgin Box,pink carpet,new beds,duvets,curtains,lamp+light shade,canvas wall art etc..We had 3 days+this is what we came up with...................

And 2 very excited+suprised litle girls.I cried,Chloe cried and little Emily kept running round the bedroom saying-Thank you Mummy,Thank you daddy.

We've just done the little un's room,and onto C's room shes had baby furniture for yonks and wants a big girls room so its under construction! eek!

Thanks Jeanette .I honestly don't know how we pulled it off .I must admit my girls are great when it comes to tidying up.Chloe always puts away,before getting something else out.Whereas Emily has the place trashed in about 10mins .But it always ends up looking as neat and tidy as it was.x.

Thanks Beth .Very hard work-especially in only 3 days,but that was our time limit for Chloe coming back home.The unit that the Tv etc.. is on is Chloe's original baby changing unit,we kept it for when we had Emily and we just could'nt part with it as it's come in so handy for storage.Inside are all there books,colouring books,pencils,paper,art+craft etc..
Emily was very excited going to bed tonight in her 'big girl's bed' she has only ever slept in her cot+then her cot bed with the side rails and her feet sticking thru the bars at the bottom as she got to big for it .Hope your decorating goes well.x.

I love the girls room Michelle, both you and Tony have worked very hard and it looks fantastic. I wonder if your girls would like to move into my bedroom and I can have theirs .
I have waited all week in the hope that you would post some pics and when I read your PM this morning I got very excited, looking at the pics I can almost smell that lovely new paint smell and I would love to play with the little kitchen - I love Mrs Potts.
I have shown Alice the pics and she spotted Dora!!

Thank you very much everyone for your comments,much appreciated.
The girls had a great night in there new beds.We were a little worried about Emily as she has'nt slept in a 'proper' bed before-she loved it+keeps saying she's a big girl now.Emily has just asked me when is it bedtime .
We were also worried about Chloe-'the fall out of bed all the time' girl.But she was fine-no falling out .x.

Sorry Karen but Chloe+Emily said NO .
You can't really smell the paint now-i don't like that smell,but love the smell of the new carpet.We bought the kitchen for both of them for Christmas last year-it's really good and the princesses talk to you thru the little cookery book on the top+tell you what to bake,and the hobs make a noise+the princesses talk to you saying that the food is cooked-i think i have played with it the most so far .x.

How's your decorating coming along now Joh-you must be nearly finished now?.x.

Where can i find Disney Princess Themed curtain tie-backs for the wall?This is the only thing we was'nt able to find.Does anyone know?If not something girly with fairies or castles on?.Thanks.x.

Thanks Carol-we have matching tie backs that came with the curtains,(i also bought 2 pink feather boa's that we might use yet instead of the matching ones)but need the things that go on the wall to hook them onto-did'nt know if you could get Disney Princess ones .x.
