For reservations after June 1, 2026 I have 500 Saratoga Springs ($18.75 pp) and 225 Boardwalk ($21.75 pp)
SS Points can be used at any Resort in the 0-7 month window

I am an experienced and friendly owner.
I have great references. I know all the best rooms. I am hoping to do larger rentals.
I can book a reservation at home resort up to 11 months out and all other resorts up to 7 months out.
I use a 2 payment plan.

I am looking for 2 studios at boardwalk for Oct 21-24 2026, any view. One studio 2 adults, the other 2 adults 2 children ages 12 and 15

Laura, since you do not have enough posts - I think you need 10 minimum I cannot Direct message you. Go and make 10 posts on DISBoards in any forum then I can DM you.

$18.75 per point. right now here is what is open march 3- 7, 2026 - 4 nites
BW - Garden View - 79 points - will not stay open very long
Saratoga springs preferred - 72 points - not near as nice as BW
Grand Floridian preferred view - 113 points - very nice costs +++

2 payments plan will not apply here so 100% will be due when I send you the actual reservation because usually I ask for 50% when I send you the actual res and 50% 90 days prior to the trip but in your case your dates are like almost 90 days from today
