I have picky eaters we are not of exquisite taste either. I like all kinds of food and like to explore. DW, DD, DS not at all. My family loves WCC, CMick"S, 1900 PF,. WE like Americana type food but Italian and Mexican are also faves. I get tired of buffett after buffett. Suggestions thanks

Prime Time 50's Cafe may be a good suggestion - Here's the dinner menu http://allears.net/menu/menu_ptcd.htm

Well if DD & DS are under 9 (still on childrens menu) you can probably get Chicken fingers or hot dog at most any resturant even if it's not on the menu..

There are some "family style" restaurants which you may like - all you can eat like buffet with some variety, but you sit down and are served..

I hear Ohana's at the Polynesian is great - we're going for first time this year. My SIL recently went and said it was great.

Liberry Tavern in MK is also nice - family style turkey, ham, roast beef - traditional American and good.

For sit down Italian I like Mama Melrose.
Wolfgang Pucks in DTD is always wonderful.
Primetime 50's in DHS is alot of fun , the food is good and the desserts and milkshakes are great!
Kona also in Polyneisian is excellent. My husband likes the sushi and the menu had a nice variety and the kids menu had a hot for my son which he enjoyed.

If you go to allearsnet.com you can check out the menus of the various restaurants to see which ones will have something for everyone in your family.

Sometimes we get hooked on favorite restaurants and forget to explore the other ones. There are many options at Disney and I'm sure you'll be abel to find some "sit down" restaurants everyone will enjoy. Good Luck!

With the exception of a handful of more themed and adventurous menus, like Sanaa and Kouzzina, I think you'll be fine almost anywhere you go, really. As the person before me suggested, you can check out the menus on here on allears.net.

I think you'll find that in most places, there are a couple options for people who may not be the adventurous types, and in some, entire menus dedicated to expanding on that notion. Disney does a good job trying to make most of the restaurants accessible to all palettes.

Picky eater here! Honestly, I'm a tad better than I was as a child, but not much! However, I do like the food to be well prepared and served at proper temperature. :)

Turf Grill at SSR is one of our favourites.

Captain's Grill at YC is one we want to try in the future.

My BFF and travel buddy is quite adventurous with food, but I have issues with seasonings and foods mixed together. Can't get past the smell of the seasoning or the appearance of foods mixed together. Makes no sense, but that's the way it is!
