Picky Eaters Culinary Adventures at WDW (Updated w/ LTT)

we always get the pilgrim's feast during lunch at LTT - sorry you didn't care for the stuffing!

We'll be staying at WL in November. My kids are picky so you're reviews will be helpful!

My husband would be right with you, Minnie! But after worrying about it - I think I've decided that he'd better eat breakfast and counter service lunches - because the rest of us are going to all the places he'd hate for dinner, yucky stuff and all!

I love your reviews. Thanks for sharing!

Hiya minnie!:wizard:

Glad you liked both of these, we have them too. I am planning on doing the same thing with my nephew. He will mostly want the kids menu> and hope it isn't a problem. We are paying out of pocket too. The WL sounds perfect for my nephew too.
Reviews are great!:thumbsup2

mky:cutie:

I'm sure you will have no problem at all with getting the kids menu since you are paying OOP. DS probably ordered off the regular menu maybe 1-2 times the entire week :goodvibes

Off to a great start! :thumbsup2 We are so the opposite of picky around here, but I love to see reviews from everyone's perspective. :goodvibes

If you decide to veer away from LTT lunch I suggest you try the Plaza. I love CP, but then you would also have the characters.

We love the CP for dinner but I like to eat a lighter lunch. We'll try the Plaza next time. Thanks!:goodvibes

:) Thanks for sharing, I am looking forward to more:)

Thank you for reading :goodvibes

I'm already finding your reviews amusing. :goodvibes

You mention tomatoes, cucumbers and onions as "nasty toppings" on a salad, but I don't consider it a salad without them. That's just lettuce. I'm not a rabbit.

And the "nasty horseradish sauce" at LTT...I love horseradish on my steak.

I'm going to enjoy these reviews. If you don't like it, I'll probably order it. :lmao:

You sound like my dad and my DF they'll eat anything. I normally toss the "crap" over to them :lmao:

They are nasty, especially the tomatoes and onions. :scared: That's why I almost always eat only Caesar salads.

I don't care for the Caesar dressing so that's the only issue with the ready made salads. I'll have to remember this tip for salads that can have the dressing ordered separately :thumbsup2

I love onions. My Mom says that when I was little, I'd eat an onion like it was an apple!

Dad loves them direct out of the garden but I can only handle just a little bit of dried onion flake in a soup or stew ;)

we always get the pilgrim's feast during lunch at LTT - sorry you didn't care for the stuffing!

Mom only likes what she calls "real" stuffing not the boxed stuff. But she liked the rest of the meal but would try something else next time ;)

You will love the WL :lovestruc We hope to go back for a short "girls" weekend to just enjoy the lodge in September :wizard:

Excellent:thumbsup2

Thanks for reading :goodvibes

Thank you for your comments. I'd try reading the menus on allearsnet.com and make sure there is something your DH would enjoy for dinner. IMO I wouldn't want to have to eat counter service meals all week  WDW chefs often are willing to make substitutions or there is always the kids menu if there is something on that menu that he might like :goodvibes

Thank you all for your comments! I hope to have the next review up soon. It will be for lunch at Le Cellier instead of GFC dinner. I can't believe I almost forgot Le Cellier :scared1:
