Ha! I did have that drink at noon. And another just before supper and now my last as the vodka is gone. Time to pop the rum bottle open!

You need to tell them this: "I understand this is everyday job stuff for them, but it is definitely not everyday for me." That ought to give them the swift kick that they apparently need.
I snored and woke myself up!![]()

Good morning, gals. Sorry...had to go see my oncologist this morning and trying to catch up on the phone calls and mail.
I missed commenting on this. I am sorry. Is everything okay? This must be a yearly check up thing? I'm sure it is a stressful time for you. You beat this thing and what a hero you are!![]()
My friend is currently battling breast cancer. She found out a few days before Christmas and had a double mastectomy a couple of months ago. I must say, her attitude throughout this nightmare has been absolutely awe inspiring. It makes me teary eyed, actually. She has been so upbeat and so positive and she battled this monster head on. I am so proud of her. The sad part? She found the lump and her doctor told her it was nothing and she was "too young for any of that stuff". That being said, I will be getting a mammogram as soon as I get a doctor next month. I am high risk as my Godmother, mom's sister, died from it when she was 42.
Cancer sucks.
