Ain't it the way it always works?? I read on mousesavers that there is free dining offered for Disney VISA cardholders (I am one) that starts in Sept to Dec 17th.

I am lucky to have rec'd one pin code in my life - and it was a good one - an upgrade to OKW in 2007 (I was booked at Pop originally - what a great upgrade!!)

Kathy - that stinks that you never got one - Disney probably saw you as a loyal visiter ... me, just one visit before getting the pin code.

I didn't EVEN know enough at the time that it was so coveted to get one! I didn't call for 6 days (we had a girl scout trip) and decided to call when I returned. I thought I was going to get a "sell" on the timeshare if i took it! Samanta was actually "disappointed" at first, because she wanted to stay at POP, I said no way, we're taking it (we ended up with a 2 Bedroom, not a 1 bedroom when we checked in!!!!)

I just wasn't ready to give up the hammocks and sand and the palm trees. It was either CBR or stay with CSR and I was hellbent on staying at a new resort so.... right back to where I started with this dumb pickle except now I have a dining plan and a king bed.

I am very relieved and I now have FOUR days to pack. OMG. I can't believe how close I am now. This flew by.

Thank you for the pixie dust wish and I hope I get some sleep. These migraines and nerves have been kicking my butt.

WOW, that is fabulous!!!! Such a pretty resort...and renovated rooms (fingers crossed for your requests). You know, lots of guests fax the requests over 4 days out - Kathy does...it seems to help at CSR especially.

I have a copy of a nice fax letter ~ if you're interested, just say the word and I'll post it right away.

I am so darned happy for you!!! Now, rest well, feel better and.... organizing the packing tomorrow...

Thank you Christine. Thank is very kind of you. I had forgotten all about the fax. I can't imagine that they really read them though, do they? They are a huge resort. All those faxes coming in?? I don't want to be a pain. Maybe I should just let the dust fall if/where it may?

They released Free Dining to EVERYONE this morning! Now I'm a nervous wreck about being able to get ADR's. (I was alreqady worried, as I'm used to making them 6 mos out...this 90 day window is killing me!)

From what I've read on the CSR thread, those CM's seem to do a very good job..and if at check-in, the request in not fulfilled they are good at trying to find a room that meets your requests - if one is not available until the next morning, definitely do that - it will make your nice long stay so much better! Before I started contacting special needs, we almost always asked for a room change at check-in - no big deal at all!

Morning Heather! I've been reading a LOT about all the problems that people are having booking ressies lately. It is frustrating. I will cross my fingers for you! I am pleased with the ones that I got. I just hope we are hungry in that heat. We hardly ate when we were there for our honeymoon.

I would honestly be happy with Casitas or Cabanas. I love both themes very much.

Okay. I am VERY, VERY .

I thought you were switching to POR. Now, I know I had too much sun yesterday and am as red as a lobster and very tired from being outside for two days in the fresh air (something I'm not used to with all the rain we've had), but I know it was mentioned that Mark was looking at pictures of POR and you wanted to be in mansions????

Someone shoot me...and I swear I was NOT skimming.
