picking up tix

Hi all...
If I order tix online do I get them when I checkin to my hotel? Is it a hassle? Should I call instead and add them?

We are just needing one day tix.

There's not an advance purchase discount for one day tickets, is there? (There wasn't before MYR.) You can add them at any time, even at your hotel when you check in.
