Picking up tickets at hotel?

I bought the 7 day tickets 4 or 5 years ago and we've never used them. The credit card we used to buy them has long since expired so I can't use the automated machines to pick them up.

We're going to be checking into RPR between 7-8 am in order to get a full day at Universal.

Can I pick up those tickets at the hotel somewhere? Guest services maybe? I was just thinking that if I could send dh somewhere to get the tickets (with my 16 year old DD along to help him... he gets confused sometimes) and I could check us in... or vice versa... it would save some time and get us into the parks that much faster. Even better if I can just get the tickets from the same person that is checking me in. I can just send the family off to explore while I take care of everything.

If we have to check in, then walk to a park to get them, that's OK. Just trying to think through the process. I've spent so much time planning the Disney portion of our trip that I'm realizing I need to think about Universal as well.

No, you'll have to go to guest services at the parks to pick them up. If you still had the same credit card, you could still use the kiosks at the hotels.

take a photo id with you and use the guest service that is outside the park.

they open prior to the park.
